Everyday life places so many demands on us that it can be hard to function at our best.
You may feel you are not coping as well as you should be, or would like to.
A monthly meeting with me can provide the support you need and enable you to cope with the stresses and anxieties in your life.
I am able to provide a safe place to process difficult feelings, and at the same time enable you to sort out any practical steps you need to take.
For more serious, or long-term issues weekly counselling may be preferable though the frequency of meetings and subjects discussed are completely up to you.
I work in a collaborative way so that you are always in control as you work towards your own emotional wellbeing.
