Person-Centred Counselling is a safe and proven form of Talking Therapy (also known as Psychological Therapy) that provides an opportunity to effect change in a way that is appropriate for you.
You may be experiencing a crisis or a difficult period of change. Whatever the cause, counselling can help you come to terms with your circumstances.
It is always you who decides what can or cannot be talked about; you will not be forced to discuss things that you are not ready to divulge, or go at a faster pace than feels safe for you.
The support I offer will enable you to deal with life’s difficulties, build your resilience and allow you to live your life more fully and purposefully.
