Person-Centred Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Counselling Supervisor

I am a qualified and experienced Person-Centred Counsellor and practise in Wellington, Somerset and Tiverton, Devon (disabled access).

Before becoming a counsellor I worked for a bank and in financial services. I then worked in the voluntary sector with mothers and their babies and in maternity services.

We often experience difficult and painful times, and I offer support to assist clients through their own process, at a pace and depth that suits them.

It is often our feelings that hold us back, and the safe, confidential and therapeutic environment that I provide, allows you to explore these to achieve personal and emotional change and growth.

I work with individuals (children, young people and adults) and with couples or groups. I also offer Person-Centred supervision for therapists.

I am happy to talk on the telephone and offer an initial, free, face-to-face meeting. My usual fee is £35 an hour and I offer concessions to those with low incomes.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and also a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists; I adhere to its Ethical Framework.  I am also a member of the UK Register of Counsellors & Psychotherapists; British Association for the Person-Centred Approach and Person-Centred Approach (South-West).

I'm happy to show proof of my qualifications to anyone who would like to see them.
